Flaptics ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Super 4D Live (AI) mobile application (the "Service"). This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

5. Camera Usage & OCR Technology

Our App uses your device's camera for the Ticket Scanner feature.

• Usage: The camera is used solely to capture an image of your physical lottery ticket.
• Processing: This image is processed locally on your device or temporarily via Google ML Kit to extract text (numbers).
• Storage: We do not upload or store the raw image on our servers. The image is discarded immediately after the numbers are extracted. Only the extracted text numbers are saved to your Watchlist.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

11. Children's Privacy

Strict Age Limit: This Service contains gambling-related information (Lottery Results). It is not intended for anyone under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

🇸🇬 Singapore (PDPA 2012 Compliance)

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012:

• Deemed Consent: By voluntarily providing your lottery numbers for tracking, you are deemed to have consented to the collection and use of this data for the purpose of result notification.
• DNC Registry: We send notifications via data (Push Notifications), not SMS/Voice calls, and thus do not query the Do Not Call Registry. You may disable these notifications in your device settings.

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023:

• Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to process your data at any time by deleting your account or contacting our Grievance Officer.
